How do we cope with COVID-19?

Exceptional times are asking for exceptional measures! Als long as the restaurants and cafés in Ypres are not allowed to open fully, we serve breakfast with local products and diner in your room (or on the terrace).

In cooperation with an excellent caterer, you can also order a delicious meal in the evening.  We bring this to your room at the requested hour.  What a service :-)

We love to welcome our guests in a hospitable way, so we took all appropriate measures to keep doing this in these extraordinary times.

  • Face masks should be worn in the city center and inside the shops and hotels.  Once in your room, you can put off your mask.
  • You are not feeling well? Please contact a doctor before leaving on holiday to Ypres.
  • On many places in the hotel, you'll find dispensers to disinfect your hands.
  • Please take the social distancing into account (1.5m), our ground marks will help you reminding.
  • At reception and in the bar (to take up to your room) we serve you from behind a plexi screen.
  • Our housekeeping team takes care of immaculate rooms. Every room is cleaned and disinfected very thoroughly after check-out. The government advises us not to enter your room during your stay, but of course we are always happy to do so upon request. You would like to have fresh towels? Do not hesitate to ask this at reception.
  • Serveral times a day we disinfect all the lift buttons and doorhandles in the hallways.

You may sleep well. We take all measures into account to guarantee you a safe and unforgetabble stay in Ypres!

For any further questions on our approach, please do not hesitate to contact us.
